We are a Las Vegas-based landscape architecture, construction and management company specializing in design + build projects for property owners, developers, contractors, architects and management companies. Our approach is rooted in the creativity, pragmatism and ingenuity of maximizing the beauty and use of outdoor spaces by connecting it’s unique spatial characteristics with its future intended use. We provide landscape planning + design, preliminary budgeting, full-scale landscape construction, landscape maintenance, tree service, porter service and water management.
We have been fortunate enough to have worked on a broad range of projects with some of the leading developers, contractors, and architects in our region, while our maintenance division has continued to work together with management companies and property owners on elevating the marketability of their properties. Our belief in building deep connections with our clients and business partners has led to the cultivation of long-lasting genuine relationships, spanning over many years and many successful projects. These relationships are what we value most and will continue to build on in the future.

OUR CULTURE
It’s About the People.
Working hard doesn’t mean it can’t also be enjoyable. Deadlines are important, but so is the work space and company we keep. Cultivating a work atmosphere that is genuinely positive and light-hearted makes the hard work and long hours less grueling. Listening to music and laughing with one another is common place in our office.
We work hard and collaborate on various projects, but we genuinely enjoy the people we work with. More often than not, it tends to feel more like close friends and family rather than colleagues and supervisors. It’s these little things that make the long hours shorter and the time less stressful.
Building a successful business together with each person voluntarily making significant contributions is extremely special. Our company continues to grow organically through the efforts of our team and the relationships we continue to build both inside and outside our office.

LEARNING & EARNING
We Now Offer Internships.
We have worked with the UNLV School of Architecture in setting up our Silver Lands Internship Program for those students looking to gain valuable experience and credits in the field of Landscape Architecture. These students are given the opportunity to work together with our experienced designers on current projects that range in size and scope. This collaborative program allows personal and professional growth for both the intern and our staff.
Our goal is to provide young minds within our local community the ability to build on their classroom coursework with actual real life experience while earning college credits.

Although we do love each and every one of our community partners, The Good Deed Project in particular holds a special place with us. They are a 100% volunteer based organization that is committed to improving living conditions for familes with limited resources through renovations and other services. Their founder Mandy Telleria is both genuine and passionate about helping those in need. She donates much of her time, effort and resources for the sole benefit of others. Her compensation isn’t monetary, its seeing people come together within a community to help out those that so desperately need it. To us, that is nothing short of extraordinary.
