Elysian at Flamingo

An evolution of the successes and lessons learned from Elysian at Stonelake, Elysian at Flamingo is a contemporary-eclectic boutique development designed to offer residents resort-like living. The amenity program is vibrant, colorful, quirky, and fun. Ample amounts of artificial turf were used in the courtyard to make the space soft and park-like. The pool, which wraps around a circular plaza and double-arch fabric shade canopy, is the heart of the development and creates a leisurely social hub for residents to connect and relax.
