This residential retreat sits high atop the hillsides of Summerlin, featuring a prominent vista of the Las Vegas Strip. Features include an infinity edge pool and spa, elevated fire pit terrace, and a fully-equipped outdoor living experience featuring an outdoor kitchen, outdoor living space, and it even includes a pizza oven. Minimalist materials and soft, simple plantings complete the scene, allowing you to focus entirely on the panoramic views of the valley.

Elegance, simplicity, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration make this yard an extension of the home.

Inspired by French Baroque Architecture, An Elegant and Chic Palace to Call Home

Drawing inspiration from the Gardens of Versailles, the pool area at Elysian at Tivoli Village immerses residents in a serene leisurely stroll down a promenade flanked by potted orange trees and artificial turf parterre gardens. Ornamental grasses, perennials, and curved swaths of artificial turf were used to create a textured, graceful, and free-flowing grand entrance leading up to the property and leasing office.

Pathways lead to intimate seating nooks, European styled cabanas, and a large circular pool with floating daybeds. The entire space is anchored by a green wall and custom steel arbors with Roman shades.

A Pet Friendly Community

Dog lovers will delight in Elysian at Tivoli’s dog park, which features a larger-than-life balloon animal dog sculpture. The park is surrounded by lush plantings and features a hammock park for residents to indulge in some rest and relaxation while soaking in the sun.

Escape to the Italian Seaside to Indulge in Coastal Italian Cuisine… Only it’s in Las Vegas

Located in the newly renovated Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas, this new restaurant is brought to you by the Wish You Were Here Group. This is a new venture from the group that previously brought Los Angeles, CA the trendy Kassi Club. Kassi Beach House serves a menu of seaside coastal Italian cuisine along with refreshing drinks and cocktails. Although the food is flavorful, the details that were made in putting together such an alluring and lively atmosphere are exquisite.

Outdoor seating that is anchored by a large bench seat planter filled with vines, succulents and trees provides the ideal backdrop for any social gathering. Imported pottery was thoughtfully scattered throughout the patio and main dining hall to accent the warm wood tones and arches by offering a softness that only plants could provide.

A place for friends to share food and drinks while sitting by the pool on a sunny day. What more could you ask for?

As Kenworth seeks to modernize their brand and cater to an ever-changing transportation industry, their new facility incorporates unique features for their clientele — extensive overnight staging areas, shaded seating area, and a dog run for truckers and their “best friends” to enjoy while taking a break from the open road.
