Mixed-Use Harry Reid Research and Technology Park for Research, Business Development & Economic Growth in Southern Nevada
The first innovation building on a 122 acre UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park. This four-story, 111,000 square-foot innovation building marks the start of the master-planned development envisioned by UNLV, the UNLV Research Foundation and Gardner Company. The UNLV Tech Park will seerve as a catalyst to unite business, research & technology and advance economic development efforts in Southern Nevada. With approximately 93 acres of dedicated tech space, the mixed-use development will serve as UNLV’s tech incubator, advancing research, business development and economic growth in Southern Nevada. This facility will also support other businesses with 1.5 million square feet allocated for available office and retail space. According to the UNLV Center for Business and Economic Research, the park is expected to generate 25,000 new jobs and add up to $2.6 billion to the local Las Vegas economy through direct and indirectimpacts.
