Mixed-Use Harry Reid Research and Technology Park for Research, Business Development & Economic Growth in Southern Nevada

The first innovation building on a 122 acre UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park. This four-story, 111,000 square-foot innovation building marks the start of the master-planned development envisioned by UNLV, the UNLV Research Foundation and Gardner Company. The UNLV Tech Park will seerve as a catalyst to unite business, research & technology and advance economic development efforts in Southern Nevada. With approximately 93 acres of dedicated tech space, the mixed-use development will serve as UNLV’s tech incubator, advancing research, business development and economic growth in Southern Nevada. This facility will also support other businesses with 1.5 million square feet allocated for available office and retail space. According to the UNLV Center for Business and Economic Research, the park is expected to generate 25,000 new jobs and add up to $2.6 billion to the local Las Vegas economy through direct and indirectimpacts.

A Luxury Multifamily Community in the Summerlin Neighborhood of Las Vegas

An evolution of the successes and lessons learned from Elysian at Stonelake, Elysian at Flamingo is a contemporary-eclectic boutique development designed to offer residents resort-like living. The amenity program is vibrant, colorful, quirky, and fun. Ample amounts of artificial turf were used in the courtyard to make the space soft and park-like. The pool, which wraps around a circular plaza and double-arch fabric shade canopy, is the heart of the development and creates a leisurely social hub for residents to connect and relax. Hot pink hammocks, outdoor TVs, and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, (complete with grills, kegerator, and bar seating) create ample recreation opportunities. With multiple intimate spaces for delight and leisure, residents of Elysian at Flamingo will never have the same experience twice.

Designing a Comfortable Environment for those in Need of Assistance in their Daily Lives

Comfortable and contemporary was the aim of this new skilled nursing facility in Henderson. Generations Healthcare desired exterior opportunities for patients to spend time outdoors. Two shaded courtyards as well as two rooftop terraces were appointed with colorful plantings and shaded arbors to invigorate and encourage the healing process.

Sun Bathe on a Hammock or Escape into a Custom Fabricated Cabana

Elysian at Stonelake is Henderson’s newest luxury apartment development, and our most amenity rich yet! Designed to be a sequence of outdoor rooms, each with its own unique experience, the central pool complex spoils residents with two pools (one large for families or swimming laps, and one small for relaxation) along with an oversized spa. Poolside, residents will be able to lounge in the sun on hammocks or in one of the large steel framed cabanas that Silver Lands engineered and fabricated in house. If not in the mood to swim, residents can sip cocktails around one of the two fire pits under large canopied trees, or enjoy a game of bocce ball. Despite being a community of 360 units, residents will never have trouble finding an intimate space to gather and relax.

Desert Contemporary was the Theme at this Striking New Multifamily Development

Desert Contemporary was the theme at this striking new multi-family development. Aspiring to the clean lines and geometric forms of contemporary desert landscape architecture, the developer of EVO asked us to create a place to live that truly belonged in the Las Vegas valley. A plant materials palate of colorful native and desert-adapted species was implemented through long throes and geometric patterning for residents to delight in as they strolled throough the grounds. Boasting some of the most unique amenities of any development in its class, this property is rich in amenities — a dog park, an expansive hammock park, a sand volleyball court, and 4 resort style pools with cabanas.
